Beginning with a Free Initial Consultation Goal Setting, Lifestyle and Well-Being Analysis.

We’ll be within reach, throughout your journey – using Skype, email or SMS between sessions for advice and guidance and motivation.

  • Fitness tests
  • Postural analysis
  • DNA diet results with consultation if purchased
  • Written record of Action Plan with goal setting and exercise disciplines to be identified
Second Session
(start of plan)
  • Each session lasting 60 minutes
End of Programme
  • Body Composition Measurements
  • Fitness Tests progress reviewed and action plan for the future
  • Postural Analysis progress reviewed action plan for the future
  • DNA Diet Review and follow up plan action plan for the future
